NOM Living who sell functional Cambodian an Vietnamese homeware have had a retail store on nearby Columbia Road for 15 years. The unit at Durham Yard will act as their office and store to help fulfil their own line sales
We have let the refurbished 2,000 sq. ft. First Floor of 28 Brunswick Place to French firm CEI who source work in London for French employees. The convenient office with proximity to St Pancras Eurostar and being in the employment hub of Old Street should serve CEI well. We had previously let CEI space in Curtain Road so pleasure to do repeat business with them.

The Drum relocated just in time from their former office across the Road as the bulldozers are moving in to demolish in order to slowly bring the curtain up on Galliard Homes' The Stage.
Always pleasing to see a tenant's business in a client's building grow organically from strength to strength. Olivia Burton, who supply vintage inspired fashion watches, were bursting out of the seems of their 700 sq. ft. office. Twentyretail acted for LE LABO who just before the transaction concluded had themselves been bought by Estee Lauder.
