Not often we let premises to companies that own satellites ... it would be topical but nothing to do with BSkyB this time. Avanti Communications, who use their satellites to supply superfast broadband to business, have taken an office in Zetland House.
Another new arrival at Zetland this week was Powster who create highly engaging interactive experiences and socially shareable media content for their clients online and social media presence.

For longstanding Landlord clients we have let a penthouse office on Hoxton Square to Neverbland who are a digital product studio. They have rented Unit 12 in 2-4 Hoxton Square which is just over 1,000 sq. ft. complete with private roof terrace.
