• December 2018

  For longstanding Landlord clients we have let a penthouse office on Hoxton Square to Neverbland who are a digital product studio. They have rented Unit 12 in 2-4 Hoxton Square which is just over 1,000 sq. ft. complete with private roof terrace.

• November 2018 - Weengs

  Along with our joint agent Currell we are delighted to have let 4,225 sq. ft. over the Third and Fourth Floors at 27 Downham Road to Weengs. Weengs are a fast growing ecommerce shipping company and are the first ever office tenants in this new building and are joining Gym F45 who took a ground floor unit in the building last month.

  For our Landlord client we are delighted to have let 31 Downham Road in Haggerston to fast growing gym chain F45. F45 are now fitting out the 2,550 sq. ft. unit which will be a great addition and amenity to the whole building and wider area.

• September 2018 - RFB

  We are delighted to have negotiated the disposal of our clients Ajax Stationers lease over a retail unit at 326-328 Old Street. On behalf of our client we secured a premium for their lease which was simultaneously surrendered and a new lease granted to Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP.

• August 2018 - BPC Interiors

  We are delighted to have sold 27 Boundary Street for long term clients Datrix Limited to BPC Interiors. This became a complicated transaction involving a lease extension. BPC Interiors will use 27 Boundary Street as their head office and showroom to showcase some of their fit out solutions.

• July 2018 - Pret

  A new sustainable PRET is moving into 128-129 Shoreditch High Street. The 1,774 Sq. Ft. unit will be completely refurbished and will showcase a new concept of the worlds first fully sustainable coffee shop. This thriving parade of Shoreditch High Street already hosts Aida, Pizza Pilgrims, Bar Kick and Elemental.

• June - The Brokedown Palace

  For our clients The Estate Office we are delighted to have let 178 Shoreditch High Street to outdoor apparel specialists The Brokedown Palace. Brokedown were represented by Belchak Corin and have taken a new 15 year lease of the space.

• May 2018 - 25 Ridley Road

  For a private client we have let a restaurant on famous market street Ridley Road to brothers Emmanual and Alexis Ross of Walter Munro Madardie. The brothers' venture will be focused on a Plancha theme and will be a lively addition to Dalston's eating out scene.

• April 2018 - Brotek

  We are delighted to have sold a vacant freehold building at 2 Luke Street for a long term private client. Bro Design Limited have purchased the 4,140 sq. ft. building for their own occupation as a showroom and office for their clothing business.

• March 2018 - Martina Spetlova

  We are pleased to have let a small unit in the creative hub that is Durham Yard, London E2 to fashion designer Martina Spetlova. Spetlova has produced some renowned collections and specialises in working with leather and woven-leather and collaborates with ECCO leather and sells in Selfridges.

• February 2018 - Goose Island

  Advising our Landlord clients we oversaw the assignment of The Drunken Monkey to Goose Island. We are expecting some major refurbishment of the venue, with an opening in September 2018. We'll have to take a gander!

• January 2018 - Relational Urbanism

  For our Landlord clients we have let Unit 4 at 5 Durham Yard in Bethnal Green to Relational Urbanism. Durham Yard remains ever popular with architects.

• December 2017 - Media Tree

  Media Tree have put down new roots within the same building. For our Landlord clients we agreed the simultaneous surrender of their previous space, and then the new lease of the combined £1,400 sq. ft. First Floor Rear, Unicorn House & First Floor Rear, Lion House.

• November 2017 - Capelo Design

  Specialist Retail design consultancy and interior designers Capelo Design has taken a lease of Unit H, 81 Curtain Road.

• October 2017 - Black Architecture

  Another month, another letting in Lion House, 3 Plough Yard! We are delighted to have let the newly refurbished Second Floor to Black Architecture Limited who have taken a new 5 year lease over the space.

  After some sterling work on refurbishment from the Landlord's contractor with the tenant waiting in the Crown and Shuttle to get in we are delighted to have let First Floor, Lion House, 3 Plough Yard to Two-Up Digital

• August 2017 - Dimplex

  For our private Landlord clients, we are delighted to have let a 2,131 sq.ft. showroom at 23 Charlotte Road to the GDG Group.

• July 2017- Shoryu Ramen

  More positive new progress from the Shoreditch food scene! For Landlord clients we have let the apex corner site 45 Great Eastern Street to Shoryu Ramen - a delicious Japanese food restaurant.

• June 2017 - Axis Animation

  We are delighted to confirm another letting in the ever popular 2-4 Hoxton Square. Axis Animation have rented a great 1,658 sq. ft. office unit on the second floor with a calming view of Hoxton Square below and vista through the canopy of the mature London Planes resident in the square.

• May 2017 - The Clove Club

  For our Landlord clients we have let a small office at First Floor Rear, 372 Old Street to the expanding and award winning The Clove Club restaurant operation.

• April 2017 - Drunken Monkey

  Acting for a long term Landlord client, we have agreed a new 15 year renewal lease for Robert Chan's The Drunken Monkey at 221-222 Shoreditch High Street.

• March 2017 - Grace Loves Lace

  Grace Loves Lace, the unique designer bridalwear shop from Australia has moved to Shoreditch! After originally opening on the Gold Coast and a second branch on LA's Venice Beach, Grace has now brought her timeless dresses to London, renting a fantastic 1,887 sq ft showroom in Hudson Yard.

• Feb 2017 - Damanscu Bite

  This month we let a former cab office at 297 Old Street to Damascu Bite, an expanding Falafel chain with branches in Brick Lane and Shoreditch High Street.

  We are delighted to have let First Floor, 23 Charlotte Road to free-thinking creative agency Smith Dawson!

• Dec 2016 - Pizza Pilgrims

  We are delighted to have let 136 Shoreditch High Street to the expanding and fun Pizza Pilgrims. This is a great corner location in the shadow of St Leonard's Church

• Nov 2016 - National Association of Jewellers

  On behalf of our clients the National Association of Jewellers we are delighted to have assisted them with their acquisition of 45 Britton Street. This completes a successful move from Shoreditch to Farringdon following our sale for them of 78a Luke Street last year.

  We have let our clients retail unit at 5 French Place to Beauty Salon Selfish. We hope Selfish will trade well from this location opposite the Ace Hotel and surrounded by offices and hotels.

• July 2016 - Marques' Almeida stitch into Hackney Road

  The expanding fashion house of Marques Almeida have rented a double aspect office floor over over 3,000 sq. ft. within 445-459 Hackney Road. The building forms part of the emerging creative hub in this location which includes Continerville, The Oval, Pritchards and Hackney Roads.

• June 2016 - Adelard settle at Waterside

  We have let Units 23, 24 and 25 Waterside on Wharf Road, London N1 to scientific consultancy Adelard. Adelard are relocating approximately 1 mile north from the former home in Exmouth Market, Clerkenwell. The letting follows our clients refurbishment of these office units.

• May 2016 - 24 Renewals in Curtain House

  A busy month of housekeeping for our Landlord clients at Curtain House. We dealt with 24 renewals of small office units ensuring all tenancies are up to date in this converted warehouse multi let office building.

• April 2016 - Polar Black Events

  We have let a stunning office within Hudson Yard on Charlotte Road to Polar Black Events. Polar Black are relocating from Soho and were represented by Dowd & Co.

• March 2016 - Cast Software swap The City for Tech City

  We have let a Third Floor office on Worship Street in the shadow of Amazon's forthcoming HQ to Cast Software. Cast Software were represented by the Workplace Company and have relocated from The City of London just across the Worship Street boundary into Shoreditch

• January 2016 - Dalston Landlord gets a Lucky Chip

  For a private developer client we have let a restaurant shell on Ridley Road to Lucky Chip who were represented by Davis Coffer Lyons. The letting is likely to kick off further changes on this famous London market street with further new operators to move in.

• December 2015 - Barber Osgerby Buy

  A great way to end the year we are delighted to have acquired the freehold of 43 Charlotte Road for renowned design duo Barber Osberby.

• November 2015 - Patrick Cox a Shoo-in

  We have let an attractive period retail unit within Hudson Yard, Charlotte Road to Patrick Cox Tokyo Edit. Patrick Cox were represented by luxury retail specialist Wilson McHardy. The letting represents a vote of confidence from an international brand on the Shoreditch Triangle.

• October 2015 - China Airlines Arrival

  We have a let the First Floor of 2 Chapel Place to the flag carrier of Taiwan - China Airlines. The airline was represented by Swire Maples and they have relocated from Soho. We hope they are happy working in the heart of Shoreditch as a more "grown up" company among the start ups.

• September 15 - NOM Living store up in Durham Yard

  Trade and Care's brand NOM Living has rented on a 10 year lease a 1,800 sq. ft. unit within Durham Yard, London E2. NOM Living who sell functional Cambodian an Vietnamese homeware have had a retail store on nearby Columbia Road for 15 years. The unit at Durham Yard will act as their office and store to help fulfil their own line sales

• August 15 - French Workplace Centres in on Old Street

  We have let the refurbished 2,000 sq. ft. First Floor of 28 Brunswick Place to French firm CEI who source work in London for French employees. The convenient office with proximity to St Pancras Eurostar and being in the employment hub of Old Street should serve CEI well. We had previously let CEI space in Curtain Road so pleasure to do repeat business with them.

• July 15- Greeks Bear Gifts

  We are delighted to confirm the sale of 78A Luke Street to Atlas Properties following strong bids from other parties. Our clients the National Association of Goldsmiths tasked us with the disposal of their long held freehold asset which has involved a lease back to enable their continued occupation for a period.

• June 15- Cafe Direct Ready to Roast

  We have successfully secured for our clients Cafe Direct premises in the Bayford Street Business Centre represented by Strettons. Cafe Direct are now moving into roasting coffee themselves so tasked us with securing a location as close as possible to their Zetland House office. The new site in London Fields should fit the bill

• May 15- Crowd DNA upgrade from Tea to Hoxton Square

  After some rival interest Crowd DNA have secured the 3,230 sq. ft. Unit 5 in 2-4 Hoxton Square. Crowd DNA are relocating from the Tea Building so we hope they continue to thrive with the greener outlook of Hoxton Square.

• April 15 - Arthur Swaps Arch for Ownership

  We have sold another shell commercial B1 unit at Collent Street to renowned photographer Arthur Woodcroft. Collent Street located just off Well Street has proved popular with creatives wishing to be their own Landlords. Good repeat business for us as we had rented Arthur an Arch from TfL back in 2012.

• March - The Drum beat Demolition in time

  We have let the 2,744 sq. ft. First Floor of 23 Curtain Road to Carnyx Group Limited publishers of The Drum marketing magazine. The Drum relocated just in time from their former office across the Road as the bulldozers are moving in to demolish in order to slowly bring the curtain up on Galliard Homes' The Stage.

• Feb 15 - Olivia Burton Expands like Clockwork

  Always pleasing to see a tenant's business in a client's building grow organically from strength to strength. Olivia Burton, who supply vintage inspired fashion watches, were bursting out of the seems of their 700 sq. ft. office. So they have successfully expanded into 1,600 sq. ft. within the refurbished Unicorn House on Shoreditch High Street.

• Jan 15 - Airbeem Gets to Work in 81 Curtain Road

  Steve Hardman's Airbeem has rented Unit J in 81 Curtain Road. The Unit in this 7 year old building has a Live/Work use and until now has been more live than work. Now with demand for office space in area as strong as it is units in the building are moving into pure office work use.

• Dec 14 - Unit G Gallery Gets Go-Ahead

  The Unit G Gallery has purchased space from our clients on Collent Street in Hackney E9. The Gallery sits in an original warehouse section of this new mixed use development and will add to the buzz of the fast changing Well Street area

• Nov 14 - More Light More Power

  We are happy to have let a self contained Ground and First Floor of 1,400 sq. ft. at 22-23 Holywell Row to The Light Lab who are relocating from nearby Vestry Street. The Light Lab seem to be a tight nit friendly firm certainly having success in their field. A recent notable example of their installations has been the Kings Cross Tunnel Light Wall.

• Oct 14 - More Luxury on Redchurch Street

  We have successfully assigned for a premium our clients, L’Age D’Or Limited’s lease over a shop at 61 Redchurch Street to LE LABO. Twentyretail acted for LE LABO who just before the transaction concluded had themselves been bought by Estee Lauder. This addition marks another step in Redchurch Street’s transformation to becoming the Bond Street of East London.

• Sept 14 - Dudson Pride of The Potteries

  We are delighted to have let a Ground Floor at 33 Boundary Street to Dudson who were represented by Colliers. Dudson who are a large manufaturer of crokery from Stoke on Trent have relocated their London showroom from Mayfair across to Shoreditch
