Surrender and Re-grant to RFB

After a long process we are delighted to have negotiated the disposal of our clients, Ajax Stationers, lease over a retail unit at 326-328 Old Street. Our clients stationary business had been under pressure from online competition. On behalf of our client we secured a premium for their lease which was simultaneously surrendered and a new lease granted to Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP (RFB). RFB are a long standing tenant of the upper parts of the building and will use the Ground Floor to incorporate an improved reception and meeting room and we understand a legal cafe space may also be introduced in due course.
